COMMISSION/ADOPTS TOS

Any questions in regards to commissions or adopts, you’re free to message me on most social platforms I’m on -- Bsky, Ko-fi, and Toyhouse are your best bets, or Discord if we share a server/have previously interacted there

Full payment beforehand via Ko-fi or Paypal

The waiting time can vary depending on the type of commission, but I’ll do my best to finish within a timely manner (within a few months), and I’ll keep you updated as I work

I can decline a commission if I find I’m uncomfortable in any way regarding the request or how you conduct yourself. And I reserve the right to block you at any time if I feel I have to; you’re welcome to keep any designs you’ve obtained from me previously, but you will no longer be allowed to purchase anything else from me

Please provide a clean reference or make any notes alongside references as needed (within reason, of course)

All art/designs I’ve made are meant for non-commercial/personal use only

Feel free to make any changes to a design I make after you purchase, so long as you give proper credit for the original design

I do not mind at all if you seek out other artists to finish evolution lines for Digimon I make; if you would like to share, however, I’d love to see what you end up getting done with them

Do not sell my designs for more than you got them for unless you add more value

You’re welcome to use any art of mine as a profile picture or banner as long as proper credit is given

Do not trace, copy, or claim any of my art as your own

Do not use my art to promote hate art of any kind. You will be blocked and blacklisted, I will not stand for that kind of behavior

Do not use my art for any kind of NFTs

I will not and will never use AI with any of my artwork, and I do not want anyone I work with to feed or “enhance” my art into any sort of AI generator. You will be blocked and blacklisted, point blank period
